I placed an order online with Derila for one of their pillows. Like others before me, I was sure I had placed an order for only one pillow, but there was no cart to check and when the order confirmation came through I found I had been charged 4 pillows! It’s a total scam! I tried to cancel the order immediately but was told it was too late, as the pillows had already been packed and prepared for shipping. What? It seems to me they are deliberately trapping customers into paying for what they haven’t ordered. In addition to this outright scam, during the checking out process, I was taken through 8 or 9 steps asking if I wanted to buy additional items. lt was like being trapped in a tunnel with no way out. The whole experience was very unpleasant and all I can do now is wait till the unwanted goods arrive, hoping I can return them and get a full refund. What a scam! What a vile, dishonest company!!!
