Ordered a Christmas tree for $47.99, payment was deducted from my account on November 14, 22. Today is December 26, tracking says my order has been delivered to an unknown address in KEYPORT NEW JERSEY- I’m in Fort Myers Florida!! Ad stated delivery within 15 working days from CALIFORNIA warehouse- tracking says it came from CHINA! Satisfaction was guaranteed or my money back! I want my money back!! I will file mail fraud charges with the state attorney and a complaint to the bbb!!
