They offered easy returns, didn’t think I’d need to be worried. All of the items arrived in strange sizing. A small dress was 4 inches wider than it should have been. A coat sleeves were three inches too short. And pants too small that stopped at tops of knees. Tried to return. They first had to authorize it, required photos, the site took forever to upload, and then found out they don’t pay for return shipping.
