Without first doing any study on the company, I put money in bytebus in September 2022. A few months later, I began reading all of this depressing web material. The person who introduced me tried to explain to me how to close my account and receive a refund, but she was unsuccessful. After I contacted Action Fraud, they acknowledged that it was fraud and provided me with a reference number. As they investigate, I’m crossing my fingers that they will return my money. I firmly suggest everyone else to immediately report this to action fraud so we can quickly close down this company. I prefer to deliberately select from a well curated list of businesses that have low risk and big potential benefits, such as‘lowry consulting’.
