The advertise “easy” returns for any item that has a quality issue. I got a sweater size small that was more like a large. Paid $55. They haggled with me offering $8, then $14 then $20 then a maximum of $27 refund and I pay shipping from US to Dubai. Doesn’t sound like an “easy” full refund policy as advertised. They are liars, false advertising, fraudulent business practices.
