GOTOGATE IS A TOTAL FRAUDTHEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CANCEL YOUR TICKETSAFTERWARDS YOU CANNOT REACH THEMDO NOT BOOK WITH GOTOGATEThis summer we booked tickets for a flight to Madeira for four persons. We got a booking confirmation and the full amount went from our visa.When we wanted to check in at the airport, the airlines informed us that gotogate cancelled two of our tickets without any warning. The same happened with or flight back home. We had to book new tickets for a total amount of 2000 euros.On our booking confirmation there was no information on how to reach them. Afterwards we called them dozens of times during a period of months. We always received the same answer from the call center: they confirmed our tickes were cancelled and would provide a solution. Now four months later they never returned any calls or emails. Never received a solution or money back. We are seriously thinking about filing a criminal complaint.
