I had a horrible experience too. I paid and sent the prescriptions I need a refill for and was sent 1 out of all them and was told only 4 refills at a time when the website says none of the sort. I paid 49.99 for a consultation only for “prescription refill” and been waiting the whole day, calling to be told to email them, emailing them to be told to call them and text them, and texting them to be told to “please email”. no refund. no prescription refill. Total scam. Pharmacy closes in 1 hr. They are going downhill. You communicate with one person then another emails you or texts you and you start from scratch. A horrible waste of time and money. Stay away
