Omg. Please stay away from this company. I booked hotel from 31st dec to 4th jan 2023. I arrived at hotel from airport at 8 pm and hotel said they don’t have confirmation from agoda. Called them and was online for 1.5 hrs to hear them saying that sorry the hotel is fully booked and they haven’t received the confirmation sent by Agoda.2 option given. Free cancellation to refund money or Relocation.These guys are joking.It’s 10 pm now and I’m on middle of the road trying find another place.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
