I bought the device in Apr, 2022. After a few months, when I didn’t receive my purchase, I started messaging Portabl. I also keep getting to bull-s**t replies from bots. I have accused them of being a scam and Ponzi scheme.As a collective, we must look at where this device was advertised – glossy images and videos on Instagram. We were sucked-in assuming the device is available for shipment based on their ads and website. Months later hearing the same story – covid delays, start-up business etc.I have also gone through the route of contacting my bank for a fraud claim. Portabl has the capability to accept visa and masercard, these credit card companies have an onus to provide a charge-back on your card. They have accepted Portabl as a company without due diligence of their product or reviews.
