This company is an absolute SCAM. Had a tech come look at my refrigerator because it wasn’t cooling. Told me he found the problem and he could fix it. I paid him $133 for inspection and deposit for parts. He fixed the freezer fan without quoting us and leaves us with a $350 bill. They use PayPal and so there is no way of getting a refund. He fixed the freezer fan when we have been telling him the problem is with the refrigerator and not the freezer. The error code on the refrigerator was Er rF which was for the refrigerator fan. The refrigerator error code never went away so we called him again. Puls refuses to honor their “90 day guarantee”. He came back and told me the problem was with the panel and it needs replaced. The new part was $300. After waiting for a while the technician said the part I needed was no longer manufactured. Now it has only been a month that we are going back and forth about fixing the refrigerator with Puls. A call to LG technician helped us fix our refrigerator within a day. The LG technician replaced the refrigerator fan. The problem was with the refrigerator fan (which Puls never fixed even though we have been insisting the Puls technician to change). Puls is scamming people instead of providing services. Puls just comes and changes some parts. They don’t have any intention to solve your problem. They like to come back and quote you for a new part and you end up hoping this will fix it. They try to sell you a monthly membership so that they can keep scamming people.
