Such a fraud.I could also give minus stars if possible.Gotogate has received our money by the airline (KLM) two days after the airline’s cancellation of the flight.I keep sending an email every day concerning our legal refund and I have noticed 4 different pre-written emails they swnd so us to reassure us they are working on the issue and it’s a matter of time to get our money back.There is no personal service and you cannot find them on the phone regarding the refund process. It’s been 2 and a half months now and they keep our money illegally.It’s a tremendous waste of time dealing with this company.
