Ordered 2 orbs on 26th November and my order has still not shipped. I emailed to cancel my order on 8th December and request a full refund and chased again on 20th December but no response. I’ve now completed the contact form online asking for a refund. I’m afraid this appears to be a scam so avoid this company at all costs!! I bought 2 from Amazon instead with no issues.
