Damac is the worst real estate company to deal with. First they make you book with sweet sugarcoated words then they start showing their true color. First their agents will mishandle your funds and will not give your receipts of the money you deposited. This will definitely happen if your are first time property buyer in Dubai with Damac because you are completely new to their scam. They will do whatever they want to with your money. Later if you want to trace the mishandled funds then the other responsible person will make you run office to office at the end they show you that everything was your fault. Their finance team will misbehave with you like their slave. They will not even listen to what you are trying to say. As if you are not paying them instead they are paying you. Emaar is way way better. No wonder biggest clients of UAE always deals with Emaar more.Damac is a total scam
