Absolute scam of a company. On September 16th, I paid $5 extra back in September for priority processing on a star map coin necklace to arrive in time for a birthday. They said it would be dispatched with 48 hours. On 27th September, I received an email saying that due to excess demand, stocks wouldn’t be dispatched for 2-4 weeks. I asked for a refund on the priority processing, which they offered as a voucher for my next purchase (spoiler: I will not be purchasing again so this is useless to me). I received notification that my order had been shipped on November 9th. Its now 19th December and no sign of my order. I’m incredibly disappointed as this would have been a lovely gift. Do not purchase from this company. I should have known not to purchase from an Instagram ad!
