    As with other reviews, I am having the exact same issue. This company have recently had a client portal update and it’s now impossible to withdraw your money. The customer service team are no help, constantly advising one piece of info is missing which I need to add in order to withdraw my funds. Each time I add the missing piece then they decide something else is the issue. This has been going on for 2 weeks now and I’m no closer to being able to withdraw any of my funds. I’m starting to think they’re having financial issues and purposely making it impossible to make withdrawals. I will be reporting my deposit as fraudulent to my bank and having a chargeback raised for it. I will also be reporting to the financial ombudsman / regulator and suggest others having the same issue do the same.
