There should an option for 0 stars as this company are frauding so many people. Luggage ordered 8th August. Tracking number provided showed luggage shipped to an incorrect address. After weeks of countless emails I have been blocked and emails bounced. I will do a claim through my bank to recover the money. PLEASE STAY AWAY and FB should be removing them to others are in the same situation
