Total scam. I researched different ear buds on some review sites. The one I used is gone but replaced by trustedconsumerreview.com. This will send you to beatbudsx1white.gogogadgets.io and then it starts. As I had no confirmation of order I tried the support email = it bounced, I tried the UK, US, German etc phone numbers either don’t ring or dont get answered No confirmation for 9 days, purchase pending on my debit card. (this means no action can be taken by the bank, a good stall n forget tactic) Then confirmation with a tracking link that doesn’t work. Then a link to suspect chinese tracking site. The good news is I bank with Barclays and they were excellent. Today 17th Dec I got an email confirming refund from GoGo, and its back on my account. bank have advised this may still get disputed but unlikely.
