I ordered gifts Nov 28. My order STILL says awaiting shipment. I emailed them and requested a refund. They stated they couldn’t because it was shipped to the carrier (but it still says awaiting shipment). I was then told that it was delayed and wanted to give me a 10% coupon for a compensation. Explain that to children that won’t have anything to open. I want a refund. This site is obviously a scam. There isn’t one positive review.
