I bought a Manual Kindal Firewood log splitter from Helkay on September 27th 2022 which they say was delivered on October 8th 2022, but it wasn’t. I emailed the company because there’s no one that you can speak to by phone. They responded and said they resent it on November 3rd, but it certainly wasn’t. Their delivery company is called Logistics Company. It is now December 2nd and we have never received it. Don’t buy anything from this company They are a total 100% SCAM!!!! Either logistics company is stealing products that they’re supposed to be delivering or Helkay Is scamming the public. BEWARE! My last correspondence with them was on November 3rd and it is now December 3rd 2022 and still… No log splitter. This site does not provide a phone number and they do not provide an address where their company is located. You cannot talk to a person! I fear my money is gone. I’ve given them plenty of time to send what I paid for.
