Worst customer service. My problem is that my ordered items over 40 dollars and the status of them is delivered but I didn’t get the items. I have talked to over 10 Temu customer service agents and they all say they are passing the chat to the supervisor and then makes me wait 12-24 hours before telling me that “your package has been delivered”. This same thing happened over 10 times in a row I wasted a week and a half for no help. TLDR: Temu is a scam they don’t want to refund you for items you didn’t get. Customer service is designed to not help you get your hard earned money back.
