I wish I could give 0 stars. My boyfriend and I have been trying to pay our security deposit for two days now and the website just isn’t working. They are not answering calls, the live chat is not available, and they haven’t responded to any of my 5 e-mails. After reading all of these reviews I can safely say THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM.
