Internet SCAM! At the time of booking of our tickets on 07.09.22 we could not complete the booking on NSW TraidLink Government website and were re-directed to use this rail.ninja.com. Today we were advised that a re-sale of any Government issued tickets in Australia is illegal! Therefore any profit the rail.ninja is making on re-sale of the Australian Government issued tickets IS ILLEGAL. Simply because its untaxed in Australia! We are trying hard to get the rail.ninja to refund us ALL the fund for this Illegal trade, and it is very difficult. It is a big SCAM! The company who purchased the train tickets on our behalf from the NSW TrainLink is called Firebird Tours. There is another internet body called Australian Trains. They all linked to rail.ninja. SCAM! This case is going to be forwarded to the Australian Consumer Protections and Competition Commission and Australian Security and Investments Commission. We had enough of the illegal internet companies making illegal business within Australia.
