never use this company. I purchased a $2000 return ticket. Although I paid extra 300 AUD to make it a open ticket, when I asked them to change a flight date next month (had more than 4months to the flight date), they asked me to pay extra $12,500!!!! It is 6 times more expensive than the original flight. They never accepted cancellation nor the refund of the 300. Moreover, they only accept phone calls and not emails to deal with cancellation/change, which is very inconvenient as I’m in overseas where phone calls cost fortune. what a scam.
