If I could give 0 stars I would! Like many others I realized too late that I was not on the hotels booking site like I originally was on before. This company charged $100 extra in fees which made the booking $100 more than the actual hotel. I called immediately after booking and was told I needed to cancel to put in a request for a refund. Today I got an email back saying the hotel partner denied the request. The actual hotel allows cancellations so I’m not sure where this is coming from. This is an absolute scam to charge people an outrageous amount for a hotel they could get cheaper elsewhere. How I even managed to get on this site is beyond me. Now I’m out over $300 at Christmas time.
