I bought a few things at a discounted price for Black Friday to then get a email today about a subscription I never applied for and for £60 to go from my account. This is appalling and I want a refund not only is this stealing is a scam an unprofessional. Big companies like yours should definitely know better than to scam people for their money. I will never buy from you again.
