Ordered on 31st October and didn’t realise they didn’t send out straight away until email came through. Anyway I did think plenty of time before Christmas even if they send out at beginning of December. Dec I received an email saying they will all be shipped out by 13th of Dec- well I still haven’t got my order and there is no tracking number or details to say it has been shipped. I have tried to contact them several times by several different means and not had one single reply. Disappointed that my daughter’s Christmas present hasn’t arrived (probably never will).I WOULD NOT BUY from here every again. Seems like a SCAM although the website seemed to check out.
