I recently moved and order something to my old address that auto filled on my phone, Immediately I tried canceling this order by contacting them by email and i also tried calling them but couldn’t contact by phone so i sent several email with the order number advising them to cancel order and they never replied back to my emails, this happened dec 7th it’s December 17th now. I don’t expect to get my money back because they are scammers if they’re not scammers then then there customer service is poor not poor but they have NONE! A legit company keeps customers service on stand by for whatever reasons this company takes ur money and u don’t heard from them after that. The gamers pendant I purchased was part of my son Christmas gifts with his name engraved on the back… Helloice is the grinch that stoled Christmas don’t give them ur hard working money…
