From decent online presence to scammy, slimy, conman-like vibe. Website URL shut down completely without notice. Crappy, horribly designed app that is not user friendly and just discovered that for the last 3 months, they’ve been charging a monthly fee without any warning, permission or ethics. In my opinion, this entire debacle is the beginning of the end for the company. I’ve put in a sell order for all of my stocks and am praying that the transfer to my bank account after which I 100% intend to close my account completely goes off without too much deception or difficulty, but I’m not holding my breath. My advice? If you are considering signing up with them, seriously rethink your other options. If you are a current member, get out and start metaphorically heading for the hills.
