They received my return well within the return period. I have been waiting since November 16 for a response of return. I have called them several times with no call back. I emailed them 6 times. Finally got a response today that they need more information. Sent it to them. They are a scam. Please beware.Still no response from this company. They owe me over $200. This company continues to create problems for my return. I have issued them all the information that they need. I have the tracking receipt to show it was delivered well within the scope of their return policy yet they continue to deny delivery and one email just said they the would give me a partial refund. I will never use this company again. Please beware of their shady business tactics.
