Impossible to cancel my subscription! There’s no way of cancelling through the app, when I check my ongoing subscriptions it says there are none and yet money is still being taken from my account. When I use the digital assistant it says I do have an active subscription but won’t let me cancel it! Absolute scam. I have blocked the payments through my bank but I still want to cancel my subscription through the company’s app!!
