Made an order, either iHerb or shipper changed my address. Get a call from shipper, tell them my correct address. He says he’ll deliver package tomorrow. Check order status next day, now reads “Undeliverable”. It wasn’t, guy knew where to go, it wasn’t a far drive at all but he chose not to. He must know the iHerb won’t care or they’re in on it together.Now, the real hell, trying to deal with iHerb. Terrible, just a bunch of bot-speak, finally saying it’s on me, the customer, to chase down the shipper and get them to give me the package.As bad as that is, I did try it – Google Apple Express, you’re in for a treat, first question that comes up “is Apple Express legit?”. Bottom line, someone’s a scammer here. iHerb has my money, the courier has my package and, between them, I get nothing.I tried to explain “how can I ask the courier, I have no power, only the company who’s paying them has power”. iHerb responded “contact the carrier to arrange for pickup of your order. iHerb is not responsible to issue refunds or reships for uncollected orders at this time.” So, something’s way off here and I see, after reading other reviews, that I’m not alone.I’ve contacted my bank/credit card and made a began a “Disputed Charge” claim. I suggest y’all do the same. iHerb is either a scam or they’ve hired scammers. All bad, stay away!And hey, iHerb, don’t bother with the “Dear Valued Customer” BS, I don’t need anymore of your useless word salad.
