Claimed that they don’t accept American Express credit cards despite the fact that their website says they do. Because of this they forced me to pay for an expensive insurance which I did not want. When I later brought this up to customer service they accused me of being a liar saying that they do accept American Express but that my specific card was rejected despite the fact that I never even had the chance to try paying with my credit card before they started scamming me. Avoid this criminal organization like it’s the plague!
