Needed a Windows 10 pro key at short notice , it didn’t work. After 3 days support got back to me and tried to blame it on my OS being win 10 home instead of pro (spoiler : it’s Pro) so either they’re trying to scam , or they’re computer illiterate. Either way not a good look. Doubt i’ll get my money back but there’s more than one way to skin a cat as they say (no cats were harmed in the typing of this review)
