    Horrible experience. Ordered a Christmas gift November 22. Reached out to customer service and they stated they would escalate the shipping so it would go out in a timely manner. Reached out again after over two weeks and now they are just like well you won’t get it in time so you can maybe use it for future occasions. Ummm no it should not be taking this long and they will not refund my order. Don’t order from this place it’s a joke and scam.
