They can improve by winding up the company and stop scamming everyone !!! Item ordered 12th October and money taken from account on 13th October and today 21st December have still not received the items or a refund.It took over a month to get any tracking information and eventually tracked an item via Royal Mail to Coventry North DO.But, they say they cannot find it and to contact the seller and the sellers Focus Novelty do not reply, and why would they as they have my money.AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ONLY FORMED EARLIER THIS YEAR AND HAVE NO ACCOUNTS OR ANYTHING ONLINEFAKE FAKE FAKE STEER WELL CLEAR
