Like so many others I bought one book and was made a member without fully being informed. I did not notice and a18months later have just found out. They have taken £285 from my account without my knowledge. I have been in contact with their customer service and get the same reply each time. They have now stopped answering. I have not bought anything from them since they made me a member and they never informed me they were continuing to take £15 a month. I am 70 and cannot believe I have no redress. YES IT IS A SCAM!This reply is a lie, I have been in email contact with their customer support (misnomer as I received no sopport what so ever). I have reported this company and its affiliates to an international scam register. I further query their ‘good reviews ‘! My CUSTOMER NO: 679555 now tell me you do not know who I am!!
