I ordered two items, paid $3.99 per item for “VIP” service and $35 for express shipping on Order LRC00134012. I emailed 3 days ago asking for an update and have had no response. These were Christmas presents so I didn’t mind the extra charges to get them here by Christmas. Now, after reading the reviews maybe I have been scammed. If I can’t get this resolved in 48 hours I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charges.
