This company is committing FRAUD. Their portal did not work, their customer service are foreign autobots that drop the call and do not respond when you call back. They have asked me 10 times for the same thing – their intake form and my labs. DO NOT USE THEM. I filed a complaint with my credit card and now am changing my card # so they can’t auto charge me again
