I’ve spoken to a customer support agent Sylvia via chat to cancel my membership and to request a refund and she was very helpful so far…If anyone has any problems with the app that is the best way to reach them. The emails don’t work!! The app does sound like a good idea but they communion isn’t the best. It really make people feel as if they’re being scammed but I didn’t stick around to give feedback on that aspect. Would recommend to someone who has money to test this app.
