Spoke to a very rude Buuks customer service representative who said I signed up and agreed to their T&C’s and that was that, no refund and a sarcastic hope you have a nice day. You could tell she’s got her script to follow and said it plenty of times…….. My £2.89 book has cost me £107.89 SCAMMERS. Now you will see them reply to this like everyone else – blame the customer.Regarding your reply – I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM YOU STATING THAT I HAD JOINED ANY KIND OF MEMBERSHIP.
