This has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Absolute scammers! Buyer beware! They keep on spamming me with 100 emails per day, and there is no local number to contact, I have contacted their online help and worst customer service on the line, and they continue to hang up the chat. Despite my email settings being turned off they keep on spamming me. I have provided them with proof regarding my bookings and they refuse to refund me. I will be putting a complaint to Fair Trading, anyone else should do the same. A company such as this should not operate under these circumstances!
