so i was trading using justmarkets account at high impact news event due to which i hit by slippage and balance goes into negative.. after 1 month they cut that negative balance from my profit money of other account. while it clearly states in client agreement that if i have to pay any money they should inform me in 10 days but instead of that they never informed me and deducted money from my other account after 1 month.. when i asked them about this on email they are not giving any reasonable answer and just replying that this decision is final .. they are doing scam while its clearly written on there client’s agreement that they must inform me in 10 days. i believe they are scamming clients please dont use this broker..I saw reply from you but after reading your agreement i saw there are points which simply says that you should ask your money in 10 days but you didnt.. and that investigation was one side and whenever i am writing you to discuss about it you are simply saying its final decision with asking my side.. its a scam not investigation
