Started off okay but seems more and more like a scam really. Always have to contact them to chase up my weekly food delivery cash back and they often deny I went through their website and avoid paying out. Have the hassle of finding the receipt and invoice and resubmitting it every week and they still often deny i am owed cashback. I have now taken to taking screenshots of everything to see what reason they then find to get out of paying. Also have had cashback payments taken away in several instances as I have returned one item on the order and then all the cashback has been taken away. Have questioned it and been told they just receive a sales report and it’s down to the retailer not them. Not worth paying for every month so will cancel.
