So I ordered a Christmas gift back in November. I was told I’d get it on Dec 6th. Well it’s now Dec 17th and still not here. I’ve tried to chat with them but only got a bot. No one seems to care about customer service there. This is my first time ordering from this company and it’s definitely my last. They created a shipping label from the post office to make it look like they shipped the item. I contacted the post office and they informed me item was never shipped. I’m going to file charges for mail fraud, wire fraud and theft.
