I was denied boarding by LATAM Airlines without explanation, per LATAM airline tickets purchased through agencies do not allow refunds on our site, advised me to contact edreams for the refund. I called edreams they told me the refund was declined so I need to contact the airline I went back to the airport one of the agents from LATAM Airlines told me a lot of people get scammed by edreams , I lost $2065 on that flight.
