DO NOT ever purchase from Zaful. You’ll lose your money & have no response. The company is a scam. I ordered well over a month ago with the item supposedly having been shipped with a tracking number that does not exist to any shipping company world wide. They say they have certificates to operate and are supported by the likes of PayPal and other payment companies but my understanding is this is under investigation in the UK. They do not even deserve a star. Do not buy!! I’ve also had an email asking for payment to be made so they can release the items (after I’ve made payment and the money has left my account and been processed through PayPal) No matter what they reply to this review below, do not believe them. They spend more time justifying their actions on this site than replying to customers to resolve issues. I dread to think how long this is going to take to get a refund IF at all!
