On Dec 21st I had plan to go visit my family who lives in a different country. I ordered clothes for my family & friends to give to them on Christmas Day. I ordered them on (weeks before I leave)Dec 7th and I paid for Express shipping, so it will come ahead of time. It took SHEIN 5 days to confirm my order because of “security check” (in case of fraud). The order was then delayed another day and won’t be here in time. Now my family & friends won’t be able to get their gifts this year. Their response time is very poor!!
