They are absolute SCAM artists. I’ve shown them via their ticket system, proof of the code not working and given them all the screenshots I’ve taken as their live WhatsApp chat is unbelievably useless as they keep telling you to raise a ticket.They responded to me with “Your code is working fine, If you need help redeeming it you can always contact live support and ask help redeeming it.” which is silly as Netflix have told me that the code is invalid/inactive as the merchant has reissued the same code or not activated it.The first time I ordered a code, they sent the code via email of a photograph of a voucher from Migros (supermarket) and that code worked fine. The second month I went to buy a code of a higher value, they sent two codes via text form in the email, NEITHER of which work. They’re SCAM artists.
