If I can give zero star, I will! I bought 1 pillow but was charged 4. Contacted their customer service by phone as well as email immediately but was told that the order had been processed and in shipment. I was told to give the pillows as gifts to friends – same standard replies by phone and email, meaning that they have a uniform handling technique. No response since then despite my further emails. Subsequently I found that the pillows had only been dispatched two days later in their tracking system. They say that their pillows are #1 selling in America that misled me that they were made in USA, but the tracking showed that they were being shipped from China. I am yet to receive the pillows and cannot comment on their quality. But this company is a scam particularly after searching where I can put my comments and finding your website with similar customer experiences. I have already reported to my credit card company disputing the charge. Do not buy from this company!
