scamming! will not refund as its down to the hotel to refund, provided evidence of the hotel saying its down to the 3rd party to refund me, been told to wait 30 days and they will investigate! no this isn’t good enough! owe me over £100 and just passing the buck around to other members of staff and blaming each other!
